My compliments to the co-founders. It is about time that conservatives are given a personalized web presence.
Like most of you, I am disgusted by what is going on in our culture and political system. We all do our best to live our lives honestly. We pay our taxes, we play by the rules, and we try to abide by a few simple honest tenets. Yet, our politicians continue to prey on our sensibilities and take advantage of our good will. The lack of action on the border, futile attempts to make our government reduce our dependence on foreign energy sources, and now the recent financial scandal are perfect examples.
I am a native Californian and first generation American. Married for over 24 years with 2 children, I own a software company, have had a brief tenure in political office as a school board member, am an op-ed columnist, and a guest on several local radio programs. I have been involved in San Diego politics for many years.
I am a strong conservative and traditionalist who believes we CAN take our country back from the fringe politicians and propagandists and return to the days when Americans felt safe and were in control of their destinies.
I am author of a book entitled "America the Disposable; The Culture War During the Era of Apathy".

Discrimination, Slavery, or Both
I have been recently pondering that I am being discriminated against because I am in the top 5% of money earners in the country. In Southern California, the money I make isn’t considered wealthy by any stretch of the imagination. This is probably true in most American urban areas. I am not independently wealthy because I rely on my current income to subsist -- I have not made enough money to retire.

May the Good God bless you and your family for what you do there in California. It is good to know there are a few good Conservatives on the left coast fighting the good fignt.
And, first generation Americans are tops. They know first hand the hardships in the mother country, then come here and actually learn our Constitution and what freedom and liberty really mean. Unfortunately, many Americans younger than 35 have been indoctrinated in the Government Schools to be ignorant of their history, their unique government. They are schooled to be citizens of the World and not real citizens of this Republic which, I fear we are near losing.
Anyway, I am in my 60's and have for roughly 27 years have known your frustration, so, for half that time, I am working with others around the country in a third political party to take the country back. The party I belong to is the Constitution Party, - www.constitutionparty.com and in California, the American Independent Party is our affiliate there. The CP has been out there 16 years, is in every state in the Union, and ran candidate, Chuck Baldwin, for President of the US in 2008. We are the thrid largest and fastest growing party in the country, were on the ballot in 38 States in 08, but, you probably haven't heard much about us all because we unfortunately have a 'controlled press' in our land.
In short, we are for limited, limited, limited, limited, limited, government as the Constitution calls for not the socialist government that the Republocrats want to give to all Americans.
We are 100% for getting the government out of your hair, getting the government out of the UN, and a host of other alphabet mega organizations (i.e.: GATT, NAFTA, WTO, OAS, etc.) all because they circumscribe our national sovereignty and hamper your ability to operate freely. We are for the Constitution as it was given to us by the Founding Fathers of this nation. That means we are for property rights, the right to keep and bear arms, and the right to Life. We are for closing the borders and giving a large measure of power back to the individual states as initially established by the Constitution. In short, please, look into the Constitution Party and consider joining the American Party affiliate there in California. I think you and your family will like what you discover there.
